This can lead to poor physical health, anxiety, racing thoughts, poor sleep, muscle tension, headaches, indigestion, fatigue and more. And even though she may be seen as “successful” in business or as a mother, she is often afraid to speak her truth, struggles with negative self-talk, compares herself to others and lacks authentic self-worth.

HOW IT WORKS:
This virtual course in 8 weeks in length. After enrolling, we will have an hour one-on-one session to go over the course overview, weekly assignments, and your individualized needs.
Over those 8 weeks, you will have the option to meet with me for more personalized support and guidance. Each week, you will have recorded material as well as instructions for daily and weekly coursework, mindset challenges, and other resources to help you along your journey.

Jada is a medically trained Physician Assistant, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer and Reiki Master. Uniting all her passions and training, Jada will be your mentor to rediscover balanced wellness, physically, emotionally and energetically. It’s time to live the life you deserve.
