The Bridge

Fifty guided journal prompts for the woman crossing from who she was to who she is becoming.

Somewhere in the last twenty years, the roles took over — mother, partner, professional, the reliable one. Now some of them are loosening, and underneath is a question you haven’t had time to ask: who am I now? The Bridge is the map for that crossing. Fifty prompts in five deliberate phases — Taking Stock, Letting Go, Digging Down, Choosing, Building — written the way clinical work is built: the right questions, in the right order, with no permission to skip the uncomfortable ones.

  • 50 prompt cards across five sequential phases, each with a “Go Deeper” follow-up
  • The printable deck — cardstock-ready with cut guides, for real cards on your nightstand
  • The tablet journal — 64 Goodnotes-ready pages, a full writing page for every prompt
  • Phase check-ins — a structured pause before each crossing
  • The “Who I Am Now” closing page — the one you’ll keep
  • The Start Here guide — the letter, the map, and how to pace your eight weeks

Instant download · Print at home or write on your tablet · Yours forever

Created by Jada Butler, Therapist · PA-C. For self-reflection — not therapy, and not a substitute for care.

How it works

One card a day.

Each prompt gets its own sitting. Ten minutes of honesty beats an hour of eloquence.

Five phases, in order.

You take stock before you let go. You dig down before you choose. The sequence is the method.

Eight weeks across.

Slower is allowed. Skipping ahead is not. You arrive with a page titled Who I Am Now — written on evidence.

Who it’s for

This is for you if the description fits without explanation: the kids need you less or differently, the marriage runs on terms negotiated by two people who no longer exist, the career that once organized your weeks now just fills them — and nothing is technically wrong. And yet.

It is not an affirmation deck. Nothing in it will ask you to manifest. The prompts assume you’re a capable adult who can handle a precise question.

Questions, answered

Is this therapy?

No. The Bridge is a self-reflection tool informed by clinical practice. It isn’t psychotherapy, and buying it doesn’t create a provider–patient relationship. If the prompts surface something bigger than journaling, that’s information, not failure — the guide includes resources for exactly that moment.

What format is it?

Three PDFs, delivered instantly: a printable card deck, a Goodnotes-ready tablet journal, and a Start Here guide. Print it, write on it with a stylus, or both.

Do I need Goodnotes?

No — any PDF annotation app works, and the printable version needs nothing but a printer and scissors.

How long does it take?

One card a day is the suggested pace — about eight weeks across all five phases. It’s yours forever, so slower is fine. The order isn’t optional; that’s the clinical logic of it.

Refunds?
